(1) You have to use PC that we set up in the conference hall. Please prepare your presentation file to operate in the following environments.

  OS: Windows XP (SP3)
   Application soft: Microsoft Power Point 2003, Acrobat Reader 9

(2) Please bring your file by USB Flash memory and copy it onto our PC before the first session starts if your talk is in the morning or during the lunch time if your talk is in the afternoon.

(3) Please come to the next speaker's seat that is near by PC until 15 minutes before your presentation start time.

(4) The bell rings when the time left becomes 5 minutes and 1 minute.Please keep your presentation time.
